UserCP PT Subscriptions update redirects to PT

Currently, the default behavior when updating PT subscriptions (via UserCP) is .. {drum roll please} ... it redirects to PT .. {end drum roll}. :D

I think it should redirect back to UserCP / PT / List Subscriptions page. :D

While I'm at it...

When in List Subscriptions, I find it difficult to review which issue is from a specific project. Subscriptions should be grouped per project - similar to the private message list.

I would also like to get updates if the status of a report has changed - Not only if someone replied.
