Upgrading 3.0.7 - 3.67

Hi, I want to do the upgrade.

I'm running PHP 4.3.9 and MySQL 4.1.20.

Is that sufficient? Need to upgrade anything beforehand?

Those versions of PHP and MySQL are fine for running vBulletin 3.6.x
