Include a readme file with the .zip

Especially for newcomers it is very handy to have them unzip the .zip package and find a read me file, besides the license_agreement file.

This file should list the important information on which minimum version of vBulletin is required, which one is recommended. And where to find installation instructions and where to find our manual and faq.

It should also include a basic introduction text to the project tools.
