surecity is very unreliable, I've tried the rest, don't like them too much, also alot of them say they will offer MySql "soon"
try jumpworld.net, they seem great so far. I just signed up yesterday but it seems to work perfectly. You can create as many DBs as you want I think, they lack on a help section though, so you are pretty much on your own
