from smf 1.1.2?

is there a converter that allows me to convert EVERYTHING from smf 1.1.2? like post number, avatars, sigs, posts, threads, and points? because i do have a shop and running some contests and not able to convert the points would cause me some trouble, if i have to do it manually then i dont really mind but it could be some time lol.

i want some questions answered before i do purchase anything because its still a lot of money to spend.

Yes, you can convert from SMF to vB by using ImpEx. :) As for the shop mod and points, you would have to manually do that, simply because that shop mod is most likely not compatible with vB. There are, however, many shop modifications available on vB.org (http://www.vbulletin.org).

another questiion: how easy is it to install mods on vb? on smf - some of the default templates and the other source files gets installed auto, is it same with vb or manual for every file?

It really depends on the mod being installed. For example, some modifications use vB's built-in plugin system, which automatically installs them. Some, however, require you to manually edit the code.
