How long does it take for the order to process and that I'm able to download the software?

It depends on the payment method. Pay with a credit card and it takes a few minutes to a couple of hours. Pay with an echeck or wire-transfer it takes 4-7 days. Pay with mailing a check, it can take 2 weeks.

Once the transaction is processed you'll be contacted and you can download the software.

Is it possible to pay with PayPal?

You can pay with Paypal via credit card, echeck or instant funds transfer. Instant funds transfer takes a few minutes to process.

Instant transfer would be having the balance already in Paypal?

Yes, otherwise Paypal would issue an eCheck which can take up to 6 days to complete.
