need help to complete instelation

hello
i install the cods for icon for each forum from this site

http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=127426&highlight=category+icons

and i downloaded the file name -product-catagoryicons.xml
and not find what to do whet this file

the istraction say to Import product
and i dident anderstend what is meen

and last
i dont find where is this direction-Go to Options > Catagory Icons to enable the mod'
is not dirction like this in my admin panel options

Then you need to do this:

ACP > Plugins & Products > Manage Products > Manage Products > Click [Add/Import Product] > Upload it their.
