Clear my download

I purchased vBulletin, can you clear it in paypal so I can recieve my customer number and password

If you bought it via Paypal, it usually is an instant transaction. Have you check the members area, it should show it in there. However, if you used echeck or a credit card, it might take a bit longer.

I used paypal, and it took it out my bank account, but it says its "Uncleared"

Maybe I need to wait until the next day for the bank to authorize the transfer

This is between the bank and paypal, not Jelsoft. We don't own PayPal. It means it takes time to get the money from your bank into paypal, then to Jelsoft.

If it says uncleared, it means Paypal issued an eCheck. This usually means you don't have an instant funding method such as a credit card on the account. eChecks take about 4 business days to clear.

Would it be better for me to cancel the bank transfer and just pay with credit card? Then it wouldn't take 4 days right?

You should be able to cancel this from within your Paypal account.

I've been looking for it everywhere! It seems paypal has hidden it from me or something, I think the only way I can stop the transfer is to open up a resolution or something
