Upgrade Problem - Blank Screen v2 - v3.6.7PL

Hi,

I have trawled the forums to find the answer but nothing has worked so far. Have checked the white space in config, have re-uploaded over and again using ASCII, have made sure sybase is off but still when running upgrade.php it displays blank screen. Running install.php asks for customer number so that seems to work but I want to preserve data from 2.3.1 vbulletin. The server is win nt with php 4.2.1 and mysql 3.23.39.

Any suggestions?

thanks for that. tried all points that are applicable bt still the same result :(

It may be being caused by the old MySQL version you are using. 3.6.x requires at least MySQL 4.0.16 and PHP 4.3.3 or later. Ask your host to upgrade to the latest versions.
