2nd forum paid for but can see it

Hi, i have just bought a 2nd forum with vbulletin, but I only received an email form my bank to say that the transaction was processed, but no email for activation form vbulletin (this was all done within the hour)

I also cant see a 2nd forum when i log into the members area?

Am I being impatient, or does it take a while?

Or do you think there is a problem?

If it was a wire transfer, it may take a while -- until it clears for Jelsoft's bank acct to be precise. If you don't see it in a few days, then you may wish to open a support ticket about it via member's area though.

I have opened a support ticket. I paid for this on 13/May/2007 21:47:11, but still i dont know whats happening. Jo Darby and Zachery Woods are looking into this, I just wanted to know what the longest time I could expect to wait for the 2nd Forum I have paid for?
