Domain Name registration services

I was just wondering who you would recommend for domain name registration. I just got all my changes to go through from Network Solutions, but it took two weeks, several faxes and hours on hold to do something it should have taken a few minutes. I'd like a company that is in-expensive and has a control panel where I can make immediate changes.

I've looked at http://www.itsyourdomain.com which seems to fit the bill, I was just looking for comments on any others, pro and cons, etc...
