new to vb ...happy and worry ...my old forum was smf ..one month i had few members and 1500+ posts ...and want to keep the same old forums and data

please tell me how to import the databse to vb

it is smf 1.1.2 and exported from phpmyadmin

all tables, full instert, extended insert ...

old forum is offline, changed the host ...now want to host it on new place

You'll need to restore that SMF database :

http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/manual_database_restore

The import the data from there into your vBulletin one :

http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/impex

this s confusing me ..i have list of forums but no smf ...

alaire and some asp forums ..community server ....but no smf

i need to have smf format to be on the list ....

Reupload the impex files overwriting the ones on your server.

Always download and upload and overwrite any previous copy of ImpEx to ensure you have the latest version.
