waiting for support..

I have been waiting around 3 hours on my support ticket.. :( I thought support was only suppose to take 30 minutes max.

its now almost 6 pm est time..

You should give support staff at least 24 hours not 30 minutes before complaining ;). There are other customers that posted before you which is why you have to wait.

I've never waited long for support to reply but my questions have been pretty easy to answer (User error!). 3 hours in reality for a large organisation such as vB is not long at all.

You can't beat vB support, they do get back to you when they can and always have a fix for a problem ;-)
