Errors when trying to go from phpbb to vbulletin

I have installed ImPex on my site and am now in the ACP where I am supposed to go to import/import....and when I do I am getting:

What does this mean? :( :confused: Any help is greatly appreciated :)

If you start a support ticket and link back to this thread, and include your FTP details and tell us where to find the impex config file we can take a look why the config file has an error on line 28.

Thank you for the reply. Sorry for being a bit naive....but what FTP info should I include? I am new to all this and this is my first time having to submit a support ticket.

When you create a support ticket from the members area you have a box where you can enter sensitive details, here you can enter the ftp host, the ftp username and password. so we can login to your web account and find the cfile and take a look
