OK I know it's my lack of knowledge, but im a bit fuzzy on some of the setup code, here's the error message I get in part 3 ...
Warning: Access denied for user: 'rick@localhost' (Using password: YES) in db_mysql.php3 on line 31
Warning: 0 is not a MySQL link index in db_mysql.php3 on line 37
Now I've tried the full url and localhost like I saw in a message here, im thinking that I have no idea on what to set the path to the mySLQ, or is the default setting good?
I use westhost as my provider, and their faq, says ... http://manual.westhost.com/part10.html#ms-mysql but im not real clear on this ...can someone bail me out so I can get stuck on part 4? <w>
