hello i want asl if the ImBex 1.81 he imported from ipb 2 vb
and if not can we fixed this proplem for a new relase

Passwords are usually restored in a hash. These cannot be converted back to the original password so there is no way to import them from IPB into vBulletin. This most likely will not change in the future.
