MySQL error

I am trying to upgrade for 3.64 to 3.6.5 and I get the following error. What could be the problem?
Database error in vBulletin 3.6.4:

Invalid SQL:

UPDATE vb_user SET
infractiongroupids = '',
infractiongroupid = 0
WHERE ipoints = 0
AND (infractiongroupids <> '' OR infractiongroupid <> 0);

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'infractiongroupid' in 'where clause'

To troubleshoot this, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install/install.php). ensure that you have downloaded a vBulletin package with the XML-files. Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Once the files are uplaoded, run install/upgrade.php again.

I have done this twice now and still get the same results.
