Cmps HELP

i TRYIED acking at vbadvanced but not getting on too well.I am ASKING FOR HELP WITH INSTALL of cmps into vbulletin,i have installed vb but cmps is a bit of a nightmare.
Not sure if this is right forum ..but need help.

(i don't understand people take a software in one place and go somewhere else for support...)
