Just upgraded - admin CP looks wrong

Just reuploaded all files and applied the update to try and correct some issues we were having.

This corrected all of the issues, but now the admin CP looks like the attached.

What would cause this? And how do I fix it?

Reupload the cpstyles directory overwriting the existing files on your server. This happens when these files have not uploaded correctly.

I uploaded initially using ASCII, this time I just set it to auto, would this have something to do with it?

Yes. Some of the files are images and so need to be uploaded in binary mode. Using auto mode usually detects this and uploads the files in the correct format.
