The image not found indicator would suggest they haven't been uploaded. Make sure the smilies exist in images/smilies.

The images are uploaded but I still have the problem.

If they are uploaded to the correct directories then this means the file permissions are wrong. Right-click on one of these images and look at the Properties. What is the Address?

The images you are trying to load don't exist. Either you have changed the paths in the smilie manager from the defaults or something in your style is altering the image name.

You are trying to load the following which doesn't exist:
http://macarabia.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif

But the default corresponding smilie does:
http://macarabia.net/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif

You need to go into the Smilie Manager and make sure all the paths are correct.

Admin CP -> Smilies -> Smilie Manager.
