append/restart not permitted, try again

I've been trying to upload the 3.6.5 files and I keep getting the same errror. Everytime it gets to 99%, it comes up with

"Failures:
The last action could not be completed due to the following erros:

/httpdocs/forums/ajax.php

ajax.php: Append/Restart not permitted, try again

and it lists that SAME message for EVERY file

How can I fix this???


(I'm uploading the files via cyberduc on my macbook)

That would appear to be either a server problem or an issue with your FTP client. I suggest trying another FTP program first.

I've had no problems uploading anything with this client before..

Do you have any suggestions as to what client to use for macs? ideally one that's free.

Not a Mac person myself so I don't have any suggestions. I'm sure one will be along soon though. :)

P.S. Does your web host offer a web site control panel with the ability to upload files through it?
