Importing of Attachments Not WORKING.

I did the imports of each section. But nothing is showing in my Vbulletin Forum?

Everything was Successful.

Before the import i added my new skin/template and deleted the default..then did the import.

Any reason why the forum is still empty?

My attachments are in public_html/forum/files

i put that as the source and it still cannot find them. I CHMOD to 777 and everything? What is the problem here?

I have the latest versions. And im importing from PHPBB 2
