download vBulletin 3.6

i have vBulletin 3.5.4

when i go to member page to download vBulletin 3.6 (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=118) i cant find it i just find all release but vBulletin 3.6 (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=118) no

my server now run with the last php and mysql as you said

so please tell me what is the problem for that
