3.6.1 > 3.6.5 - help

I was abouyt to upgrade from 3.6.1 to 3.6.5, when I came to the member area for the patch files; the only 3 options are to upgrade from 3.6.2,3 & 4.. why is there no option to get patch files to upgrade from 3.6.1? Does this mean 3.6.1 is ok or what?

Also - what template phrase changes are there from 3.6.1 to 3.6.5 - as I have lots of custom phrases and template settings..? this is a big worry.

Can anyone help put my mind at rest?!

There is no way to completely patch 3.6.1 since each patch is only designed to work with the previous version. For full security you will need to upgrade.
