Q: Is there a checklist of what to do first with your board ?

I setup the forums fairly easily.
Is there a good thread and source for new forum admins on "What to get setup after the install".

Kind of like a "newbie" admin for dummies ? is there a good thread ?

You can set up an administration section. a staff forum, a report forum for users & bad threads & infractions, and an archive to move bad posts too.
