Upgraded and all looked good until

Upgraded from 3.54 to 3.65 and all looked good until I tried to post. Then I see this error message:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in .../public_html/3_9/includes/class_bbcode_alt.php on line 1209

Help Please.

Parse errors are from modified code or badly uploaded files. Please try reuploading your includes folder.

Uploaded the file named in the error message and overlayed the one in place. All appears to be okay now.

I was uploading via dialup. The connection was broken, but the ftp resumed okay, so I thought all was well. I'm guessing that particular file was the one in progress when my connection failed.
