install problems

Hello all,

I've been working on this for a few hours now, and getting a wee bit frustrated. The message below is what I'm getting when I go to my page (which is not this url; it's the /install/install.php) I am on my fourth attempted install.

What am I doing wrong??

Oh hey- I think something is working; I think all the files didn't transfer or something, but I have gotten in and am starting.... am sure I will prolly be back. ;)
