Im considering buying the vB but i haveaquestion i hope u could answer me:

if i host VB and a hosting and then i change hosting how hard is it to move the entire forum unharmed to the new hosting.

It's not too hard to move the forum. There are instructions for doing this in the online manual, http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/moving_servers

If you change from one host using cpanel to another using the same control panel, the transfer is really really easy, your host will be able to move everything from the old account to the new one.

yes your new forum hosting should be easily able to move your site for you, few webhosts even offer to move sites for free, check with them when ou decide to move.
