Hi,

I lust want to say how very impressed iam with the support level. I'm a complete non techy person, but the help i have recieved over the past few days has been fantastic.

I truly appreciate the time and effort that the support ticket staff and forum mods put into the support and help of my problem/s, i'm pretty sure im just one of many....but not once have i felt like it!

Just wanted to put this on record as very often people just take take things for granted. You can pay alot in this world for not even 1% of the level of service i have received the past few days.
