Not really upgrading..forum over forum

Hi,
I already have 3.6.5 installed and running but not a licenced copy. So I bought a licenced copy ( like to be on the safe side) now what? Do I just upload all the files but leave out config.php and install.php and init.php?
Or is there something different I should do?
I just hope it doesn't mess up the mods I have installed.

You can overwrite all your current files with your licensed copy, except config.php and install.php, if you did not make any code edits.
