I tried hosting with them and asked them to install vBulletin. They did and it seemed ok so I asked them to install another module over it for $50.
Then when I tried to configure both modules I discovered they had installed all of the files into the root folder of public_html.
I emailed VB tech support and they told me that it could cause problems like that. So I asked them to reinstall both modules. They told me that it would cost another $50. To do that.
Then I found out that they DON’T have any money back guarantees.
My advise is to only go with a host that has a 30 day money back policy if you are not satisfied.
