HTML in posts

I've searched the manual and the admin panel and i'll be darned if i can find where it tells me how and where to turn on HTML within posts and or how to add tags, etc etc... I have to be overlooking something obvious... anyone want to toss me a bone?

If you enable html, its per forum and its for EVERYONE who can post in that forum. We cannot ever recomend turning on html for a public forum due to the types of issues it can cause.

Thanks for the reply... It is only one forum, which is locked unless I personally edit it. What you said tripped something in my melon and led me to the right place. There is no other HTML allowed through-out the board.

its not perfered to turn it on by many resons in html many codes that hacers can use it 2 hack u fourm its better to turn it off for the securtiy resons :)
