Ok i was updating from a vbulletin 3 (3.5.4).
I am using the tuts on this site: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/../docs/html/upgrade)
and i replaced the new old stuff with the new and when it was done
i went to next thing on tut, which was to run update at: http://www.xero-fusions.com/forums/install/upgrade.php
and that page didn't work, so i ran the forum www.xero-fusions.com/forums (http://www.xero-fusions.com/forums)
and that page didn't work either. this is a big problem with my buisness.
