Problem removing or replacing Attachments

Whenever I try to replace or remove an Attachment using the Edit Post button, the attachment remains or is not replaced.

RH Linux 7.1
PHP 4.0.4pl1
VBulletin 2.0.1

Hmm... seems related to RH7 again :)

Change:


if ($attachmentaction=="delete") {

to


if (trim($attachmentaction)=="delete") {

in editpost.php and see if that helps.

Fixed. Now a problem exists that attachments 'dont show'.
A red X (in IE) or broken image placeholder appear in Netscape when trying to view the attachment.

I have a similar problem with attachments.

I allow attachments, do a new post, upload an attachment but whenever I go to the post, there is no attachment there.

It basicly never works to upload anything.

Any clues ?
