Blue avatars are for developers, the orange ones are support staff, green ones are business staff and red avatars are ones that can't be placed into a specific group.

Means Freddie and Mike are really the people that are developing; and Scott is just eating near the developers (*gets beat up by Scott*)

Kier's got the tools as well, so that means he does development stuff instead of just eating :P

Nah, Ashley gets that because that's what he works with. Its his job as business manager to work with money and annoying people such as myself... and having a stick figure getting strangled there probably doesn't mean a whole lot to the public :P
