Necessary in Style & Language options in the ACP. :)

It is.

Users can change the language, this is an option.

Yes, I know...

But I'm suggesting option in the ACP to allow/disallow - exactly as done with styles.

It is available... In the Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager. Click Edit Settings for the languages you want to change. Second option is "Allow User Selection".
