hello please help me
i have a vb3,5,3 from one year
and now my forum is closed because forum cached from you ..
i want to buy a new version vb3.6.5 from u but i cant now what i have to do with data base or other files to dont lose any thing
and now my site is closed from the server they want me to delet the vb program ..
please help me to do the best thanks

First, backup your database, because you will need this to restore your old forum. You can do so via something such as phpMyAdmin or SSH. For details about how to backup, see: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/maintenance_backup

Purchase a license; this can be done at http://www.vbulletin.com/order/

After you get your client login information, go to the member area: http://members.vbulletin.com/ and download the latest version.

Restore your database, and configure your config.php to match your database info, and run the upgrade script: http://your.site/forum/install/upgrade.php The upgrade script will update your database to the latest version and you're good to go.
