Member area: multiple members?

I have a small pre-sale question. I need to buy a vB for someone. That someone needs to be the official/final owner of the license, but I would need access to the member area for download, updates informations, forum support and download, and so on (basically he's the owner, I'm the technical administrator).

Does the vB Jelsoft member area can handle this kind of things?

You can't set that up specifically, but if the owner gives you the username/password then you can log in to the members area as well.
