Hi there!
From what I can tell, Mybb is listed as Tier 2. I am not sure if this means there is a script or not.

But if you can convert it, VBulletin supports Arabic language as well. :D

I'm not sure how ImpEx works, but it says:
Tier 2

Systems in this tier are the less common imports and legacy systems, they have English hard coded. Tier 2 systems can be promoted to tier 1 if there is enough demand.
Source: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/impexI'm not sure what the English hard coded means. So I'm not sure if it would support the Arab version or not?

Hardcoded means that the language (words, text) is built right into the PHP file. VBulletin works by puling the language from the database.

It means that the language of the IMPEX modules are in English. Tier 1 importers are phrased so they are available to our German, Hungarian and Chinese distributors and can be translated to their own languages. Tier 1 also gets more use and testing because they are most commonly used.
