Dedicated server or VPS?

I'm looking for a new hosting plan. Dedicated servers is too big for me at the moment I think. But is VPS good?

20 GB space
768MB RAM
3 IP
100GB traffic/mo

The only information of the VPS is what I wrote. I havn't asked for further information. Anyway, I think I will purchase a dedicated server for a lower price, but I don't know where. Does anyone know what's the best hoster of dedicated servers in Europe? Pricing between 30$ and 90$/mo.

You're not going to find a dedicated system anywhere near $30/month. The lowest I've seen in the US is $69/month for a 2 GHz Celeron w/ 512 MB of RAM and no support.

VPS will be OK for you. If you get a dedicated box for that price it will be a low end one.
