Help please?

Advice please…

First of all, I’d like to say (I’m not trying to spam this forum), I just need some guidance…… Not too long ago I started a message forum and I got a hand full of members and a bunch of “viewers” (that never stay). It just stopped right there. I’ve been trying to change here and there to accommodate new people but my vbulletin is almost a ghost town. I recently added a few more topics, for example, architecture to the list but with no luck. I was wondering (if you folks don’t mind) if you can stop by and give an opinion on the way it is? I think you have WAY to many boards. A lot of new Admin's make that mistake.

You know what your problem is? You have chosen an subject that is not special. There are many boards around with the same idea like you have.

Also, what WesTurrant says is correct. That is a huge mistake and scares people off. Start small. Build it up allong the way.
Make a forum with general stuff and make subs on it. When it becomes a succes, you can make a new forum and move the topics to it.

The design is not nice. It is not pleasant to look at. Get an design that fits the topic. Ok, your topic is worldwide, so make sure the general people like it, choose the calm lighter designs.

But again, your topic is not easy.

i recommend u to add ur forum to a world rank, so people vote for ur forum, and when u start being in the top 100, a lot of people see it every day and ur forum starts getting big and famous.

and if that doesnt work , i recomment u to put publicy in ur nick in messeger, or xfire, or whatever, than u can put tags in google, yahoo or other browsers
