That depends entirely on which host you select. You should be able to find fly-by shared hosts for a couple dollars per month. A quality shared host will be in the $15-40/month range. A VPS will put you in the $50-100 range and dedicated servers move from there on up.

Yeah. Depends on the host.
But if you just bought it, I'd suggest getting a host that only costs a few dollars a month, like GoDaddy.com for example. They do have somewhat good service.

A VPS is a Virtual Private Server, its a fake dedicated server basically.

You should also try waiting more then 2 mins between your posts for a response.
