Hey,

I am looking to get a postbit designed for a new forum and I want to show some samples to my designer of someone thinking outside the box and not just having the pobit header image, content then footer/buttons.

I am planning on using a flame and putting everything inside it, something that looks more like it belongs on a webpage.

vb can be customized a lot but I think the postbit is something people don't get much done to.

Thanks

People tend to forget that vB simply offers the functionality, via phrases, templates, variables, etc. All the admin has to do is create a new xhtml/css code for it and re-apply the vb variables to keep it to work.

<div class="mycontainer">$title</div>

(imagining $title is the real variable)

Would for example with a custom template show a huge centered title per postbit, perhaps with a flaming background.

This takes some xhtml/css and vbulletin knowledge to get it right, but that's why some people hire designers to achieve what you want from a drawing into a real world environment.
