Hosting software for vBulletin

Hi all

Is there any software out there that will manage hosting of multiple vBulletin installs?

What I am after is something like LayeredPanel (http://www.layeredpanel.com/) but it defaults straight to a vBulletin install.

Since your not allowed to sub-lease, or rent vBulletin licenses, I don't believe so.
