Import PM Counts

Target Version: vBulletin 3.6.4
Module: Import PM's

When I did the import to my new board everything seemed to work great! I had no errors reported. However, the PM count shown on a users homepage (in the top right area) is 0 Unread and 0 Total. The PM's seem to be there and in the right place, it's only the count that isn't being imported correctly.

I have gone into my AdminCP and run through EVERY function in the "Update Counters" area with no avail. Thank you for your help.

Yes, I have followed all of the instructions in the manual, pre and post installation instructions and so forth. I have tried this twice in my test environment and have had the same results both times. Thank you for your help.
