Security problem

Hi, i am running my vB in a shared server with plesk. 2 months ago, my db was hacked and i changed all the "hot" informaticon and access data to forums and SQL.

Now, from 1 week ago more or less, i am having some troubles with a specific member. Some times her usergroup is changed with no control panel activity and yesterday her pm were erased.

I have seen the logs and there are not any suspicious activity from my mods or admins, so i just can think that someone is changing all that things from the database.

My question is... how can i protect my database and my uploaded files?

I am really having trouble with this :( and dont know what to do.
