hello,
I have a problem in order to import user and topics between two forum
explain myself, I have two board with respective owned licences
es. board A -->user : 1 2 3 4 5 6
board B -->user : 4 5 6

user 4 5 6 are registred user in both board, as I could proceed??

I would want to only import the topic if possible.....from the board B to the board A

You can't. You will need to import the users as well. You can choose to merge users with the same email address during the import though. Or you can manually associate users as well.

Can this be done after the end of the import process? (associating users with the same email address)

my forums have been up and running with vb now for about a month and I don't want to lose neither the new users nor the new topics and posts.

many users with > 1 usernames with the same email address are complaining about not being able to have their password reset correctly.

Ah, unfortunately that is a pre import function at the moment with the email merge on import, to do it now would require matching all the users email/s with duplicate names, then choosing which username to use and to merge the other users into.

Possiably choosing by the user with the most posts ?

i.e.

Jerry userid 10 posts 50
Jeremy userid 24 posts 3
JHucth userid 23423 posts 17

All get merged into Jerry userid 10.
