Well g-i was an alternative for us as they are the only one providing Cpanel but we didn't go with them as they coudln't do a custom server. But indeed, the US market might be better for support, I would recommend Layeredtech or the planet.

They looked fine to me becouse of the unmetered bandwidth and prices, and becouse they should be located in Europe.
I'd rather prefere a rought but efficace support since I use server for myself and I don't need any panel.
Anyway, not being able to contact them is way more than inadequate support in my opinion.

I'll chat tomorrow with Layeredtech, I want to discover if they can give me MySql use for free as The Planet (if I understood correctly)

There is server4you as well, better if you can speak german but fine in english but you need to pay for a year if you are not living in Germany.

Mysql is always free nop ?

Someone answered me :"We do not offer that service" , speaking about MySql on the background.
