Merging 2 forums together - QUICK ANSWER PLEASE

I want to merge my forum (vBulletin) with another forum (phpBB) together.
How can this be done?

Can I install another vBulletin temporary so that I can convert the phpBB to vBulletin and then I merge those two vBulletin forums together?
