Activer user list ?

i was wondering if it's possible to make invisible users show up their username's for admins only ?

Yes this would be great... there have been times where I've had hidden members, but was curious who they were... also a list of IPs for all the guests would be nice too :)

Depending on if you want them to be invisible or not, you can remove the invisible part out of the profile template so they don't have a choice but to be visible.

Or you can also use something like phpMyAdmin to browse the currently active table in mysql. That will give you their user ID#, their IP#, their location, their last activity, etc. I use it all the time :D.

Oh yeah, I hope the Admins being visible doesn't get worked into the release version - the people on my board would realize that I'm a total loser and that I spend all day logged in :).

Yeah, I use it for tracking trolls - between that table, and the ARIN Whois IP# lookup, I can get a general idea of who they are and if they are there to start trouble or not.

Hmm why dont make a hack so that if you are the admin it will show you something like this:

Users: JimF, Bane, Jeff, Guest, Guest, Guest, Guest

And if you click on the name it will pop up and show where they are and what their IP is? Eh?

Well I was thinking more along the lines of my own needs. I have removed the ability for any user to make themselves invisible anyway..

well i don't think it's wise for me to do that, cause my members know that function is there, and like to try it out for fun sometimes... don't want to piss them off :)
